The results were not we hoped for. Tumor appeared but at this point the MDs cannot tell if it is new growth or remaining tumor from the surgery in Nov. Scan disk was sent to MSKCC and they will speak with Dr Hodge on Mon to determine the next course. Right now cyberknife is scheduled for Weds. It is an outpatient treatment. But that may change depending on what conclusions are reached on Mon

After Dr.Hodge (neurosurgeon) spoke with Dr. Coyle (oncologist healso decided that that there is not enough there right not to support chyber knife. Everyone,including MSKCC is saying to wait and explore other treament options including Avastin which is chemo therapy that targets blood supply to the tumor. Drs are not sure if the scan is showing some residual material from the chemo and radiation treatments. The medical team will talk Monday and we'll decide what to do
